BAD BLOOD began in 2023 as a research project on my family history, horror films about motherhood and corresponding feminist theory, and the history of the abandoned infant and children’s hospital in Berlin-Weißensee. In the 3 weeks of show development, what ultimately emerged from this vast archive of research — the story that kept wanting to be told — was that of my mother. BAD BLOOD is a personal reflection of this person I call Mommy: as a figure and as a mother, in all her complexity.

fatal disbelief
a music video performance project. Building a visceral, embodied experience of pop music, fatal disbelief embraces theatrical conventions often seen in pop music videos – hyper-performativity, direct gaze, lip sync, emotional atmosphere – to exorcise feelings of pain, sadness and loneliness and ultimately make room for healing.
